I had been looking for a flat in central London for 6 months. Constantly on Zoopla and Rightmove, talking to agents, which became impossible to balance with work life.

Rebecca is a property goddess! I called her after fruitlessly searching for my first London home for several months. Before I hired her, I wasted countless hours on bad viewings that I had to make time for in my busy work schedule. She found the perfect home for me in the first two weeks! But just to be sure it was the one, she also showed me several excellent other options. The most important thing Rebecca does is work her relationships with estate agents so you see properties before they ever make it on the public websites. Sometimes we'd even be seeing a flat that the estate agent hadn't valued yet! She pre-views all the flats so you're not seeing anything she knows you will not like. Working with estate agents directly can be frustrating, because they work only on behalf of the seller. Rebecca works only for you, and is in your corner the whole time. I gave Rebecca a detailed brief of what I was looking for and she took everything to heart, not trying to sell me on something that didn't fit the bill. She communicates constantly via Whatsapp and writes up beautiful detailed briefs of each place we are seeing including her opinions and comparable options on the market. Once we decided on the place, she did everything possible to position me against a competitive offer, giving expert advice. Once agreed, she helped me through the entire process from offer to completion. She even would run over documents between me and the solicitors since I didn't have a printer! On completion day, she picked up the keys and did the walkthrough on my behalf while I was busy with work. I can honestly say I would never have found this flat, or any flat I like as much as this one without her help. As soon as I hired her all my property search stress lifted away, and it all became fun again. I will recommend Rebecca's services to all of my friends who are looking to buy in London.
