How It Works
1. Initial Consultation
It all starts with a free consultation. We take the time to understand exactly what you are looking for, potentially also suggesting other areas you might not have considered.
We will talk you through the buying process and where relevant help introduce you to: Mortgage Brokers, Solicitors, Surveyors etc
2. Longlist to Shortlist
Based on your preferences we will reach out to the relevant Estate Agents and pull together a long list of on market, off market and pre market properties.
We will then visit the properties and provide you with a bespoke report which will have our findings including development and investment potential.
3. Accompanied Viewings
Based on your preferences from the report we will then arrange viewings and drive you around the shortlisted properties.
This allows us to get a better flavour of your likes and dislikes. Being with you on the viewings we can ensure you understand the key details.
4. Negotiation
Once we have found your perfect property we then work with you on an offer and negotiate on your behalf.
This will include providing comparable evidence and due diligence on the property and seller
5. Post Offer
Once an offer has been accepted there is still a lot to be done. We work with all parties to reach completion effectively and efficiently.
Aftercare - post completion we will ensure all is well.

We are fiercely independent, our loyalty is solely to you, the buyer. Any third party recommendations (mortgage brokers, solicitors, surveyors, tradespeople etc) are based on quality and service, not kickbacks - ensuring you get the best possible experience without any hidden agendas.
We are small and specialised
We deliberately keep our team tight-knit, Rebecca will be your point of contact through out. But it does mean we get booked up and are selective with who we work with.
